Congratulations on embarking on your journey for life renewal.  I appreciate your trust and confidence to serve as your counselor while working on improving quality of life regarding family, marriage, children and most importantly yourself.

I provide counseling services face-to-face and will file with your insurance if in-network.  For Out of Network Coverage, fees will be due at the time of service and an invoice can be provided to you for reimbursement.  If attending face-to-face is not possible, I also offer teletherapy which is online video counseling sessions.

If you do not have insurance, I am a LPC-S (Supervisor) and can schedule an appointment with one of my supervisees at a discounted rate of $40 a session (sliding scale may apply on a case by case basis).  My supervisees have granduated with a Master's in Mental Health Counseling and have passed the National Counselor's Exam (NCE).  I meet with my supervisees on a regular basis and thoroughly discuss any clients they see under me in private practice.  I assure their professionalism; however, if you have any issues, you can call me directly.  

For your initial session, please provide a copy of any previous evaluations or pertinent medical documentation since this information will further assist me in a more complete understanding of your past and present circumstances.  If you do not have a copy, during our initial visit you can sign a Release of information so I can acquire the documentation from your physician/ clinician.
